- Promote our restaurants, venues and services to potential customers with the aim of establishing new business and maximising profits
- Organising sales visits to negotitate buisness development
- Handle customer inquiries and are the point-of-contact for all event details (such as conferences, weddings, launches, outside catering, business lunches and dinners)
- Oversee the collective coordination of all event information and resources. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, booking show arounds with the clients, converting the business to a booking, creating contracts and planning the event from start to finish. Finally following up with the billing. In addition, you will also be required to network with clients in the F&B Outlets so the successful candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours as the job requires working evenings and weekends.
- You will be working as part of a team to achieve a shared target of reaching the events monthly revenue.
- Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will also work alongside the Events Coordinator to actively sell/book and orchestrate F&B Events within our Restaurants / Venues
- Ability to form strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience in conference, events sales and operations
- Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve dealt with customers over the phone, via email and face-to-face
- Previous experience of working with targets
- Maltese and English speaking is a must
