Host/ Hostess

You will be working with the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service & care to all our guests. As a host/hostess you will assist the Cafeteria Manager in meeting, greeting and sitting awaiting guests in an efficient and professional manner.

You will be responsible for the training of the service team and have a great product knowledge and a sound understanding of our current menu. You must be passionate about guest service and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality.

* have a natural flair and passion for service delivery
* you will have an excellent manner face to face
* have a friendly attitude with a confident, professional, welcoming personality
* be fluent in English and knowledge of Maltese language will be considered an asset
* previous experience in front of house customer service
