French Speaking Customer Service Representative

International e-commerce company seeking to recruit an individual on a Full-time basis for the position of a French Speaking Customer Service Representative and Sales Executive.
Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written French, English speaking is a must.
Multi-lingual individuals will be given preference, those who do not speak French need not apply.
The shifts cover five days a week Monday to Friday. The successful applicants must be confident dealing with clients over the phone and via email.
The ideal person will be a pro-active team player with a strong work ethic and must be comfortable in a sales and customer support oriented position.
Computer skills including proficient use of Word, Excel and other similar software is required.
Experience within a similar post such as in a call centre will be considered an asset but not essential.
Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written French.
Previous experience in a customer support environment where communication is done via the phone, emails or live chat.
