Front Office Agent (Night Reliever)

The Preluna Hotel, Malta is looking to recruit a Front Office Agent (Night Reliever)  to join their Front Office team on a full-time basis. This position will require the successful candidate to assist and provide information to all in-house guests in an efficient, prompt and courteous way.


The ideal candidate must be:

Smart in appearance, well-organized;
Have excellent communication skills;
Flair for sales;
The chosen individual will be also required to work night shifts.
 

Qualifications

Interested candidates must possess: 

Previous experience in a front-office role;
Fluency in English;
Communication skills;
Administrative skills;
Knowledge of other (European) languages;
Knowledge of Front-office software systems (training will be provided) will be considered an asset.
