Accounts Assistant - Full time

ZC Financial is a young, small energetic team. We offer our clients a vast range of services from Accounting, Tax, Audit and even Administration tasks. We are growing fast so we need your help in getting to where we want to be.

We are looking for full time employees.

You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to different work that is required. This will allow you to grow and learn as a professional by not just specialising in one area but instead working on a broad range of tasks and getting a firm grasp on a vast range of services. As you learn new skills we will allow you to grow in the areas that interest you.

As an organization we think it is important to remain flexible and adapt and we want our employees to be the same way. While working from the office would be the primary place of work we allow employees to work from home when necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Organising and prioritising the issuing of bills
• Bookkeeping including Bank reconciliations and Vat Return processing
• Assistance in carry out Audits
• Dealing with clients and their queries and requests
• Ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of service

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• A minimum on an 'A' level in accounts
• Previous experience within an administrative or accounting role would be considered an asset.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
Skills:
• Organised
• Deadline driven
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Intelligent and willing to learn
