• We are looking for smart, highly disciplined and reliable individuals;
• We have vacancies for Full-time & Part-time officers;
• Roster basis i.e. DAY/DAY/OFF/NIGHT/NIGHT/REST/DAY/DAY/OFF etc
• Part timers work according to the availability they provide;
• Monthly allowance will be included;
• Extra allowances for New Year's Day/Christmas Day shifts will also be paid;
• Hours worked during National & Public Holidays are paid double the basic rate;
• Any Vacation leave not taken and not applied for is fully paid each year;
• Extra allowances are paid for hours worked (if any) as document couriers, patrol duties, cash-in-transit, or base officers;
• All employees are employed on an indefinite contract of employment and receive free of charge uniforms, health & safety equipment and ongoing training courses;
• The annual refresher course for the private guards' license is paid for by the company when you are in employment with us.

Qualifications

• Valid Maltese Private Guard Licence issued by the Commissioner of Police;
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors;
• Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public;
• Effective oral and written communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Active listening skills;
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively;
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately;
• Attention to detail;
