HR Clerk Admin 1

Vacancies have arisen for the post of Admin 1 Clerk in the Human Resources Department, working on day basis, to lead the administration of the employee relations and training areas of the HR function.
The main tasks, amongst others, include:
•Distributes incoming mail, including recording if applicable
•Complies to GDPR at all times, especially with correspondence to employees
•Creates and maintains employee personal files and associated filing (hardcopy and electronic)
•Maintaining HR department filing and keeping it up to date
•Ensures the retention period of documentation containing personal data is adhered to
•Prepares employee reference letters, as guided by manager of employee and Executives
•Prepares the quarterly performance measurement system results sheets and memos
•Handles basic employee queries and directs to colleagues, as necessary
•Prepares and sets punch cards for employees
•Orders stationery for the HR department
•Preparing and updating organizational charts
•Produces reports and statistical data on a monthly basis
•Organises meetings requested by Executives and CPO or employees
•Conducts any other administrative duties to support the HR Department
•Liaises with the company doctor in relation to any injury reports, yearly vaccinations
•Liaises with company doctor and managers on associated queries
•Supports and covers for other Administration colleagues when required
•Keeps notice boards up-to-date
