Centrecom is recruiting candidates to work as Social Media Agents on Temporary basis as of next year. This job offers flexibility to work on casual basis between Monday and Sunday. You can choose to work during the morning, afternoon or evenings.

Ideal candidates will be assisting our customers’ queries and complaints via email, live chat, Facebook and twitter.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Excellent level of English language both spoken and written;
Good communication skills and be able to respond to customer queries;
Customer centric people;
Excellent typing skills and able to score 35 words per minute;
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
Able to handle queries and complaints via emails and social media.
This position is good for those who want to earn some extra cash. Training will be given and delivered in Mosta on fixed dates.
