Operations Manager

A new managerial, inspiring and exciting role for a full time operations and accounts executive to join the day to day running of the management of a yachting company. The required candidate needs to have the organizational skills required for the accounting tasks, while having the drive and managerial skills required for the operations activities
Organisation:
A well-established company well set within the industry operating across a varied range of products and services operating 7 days a week.
Function:
- Supervision and organization of employees, responding to the human resources needs as required.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Organising of office and stores layout, maintaining supplies of stationary, equipment, tools, etc.
- Inputting and filing of accounts, compiling budgets, as well as quarterly, monthly and weekly reports.
- Attending requests and follow ups
- Handle site visits
- Drive sales including building and maintaining relationships with new and established clients

This position is accompanied with a very attractive packet with a generous salary and profit sharing scheme which requires the applicant to possess the following requirements

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Have a clean driving license and own transport
- Having an accountancy background
- Have professional disposition and be well presented.
- Be well organized and possess good time management skills.
- Be fluent in Maltese, English and Italian
- Be proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent problem solving skills and high level to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Be willing to work hours as required, as well as weekends, when needed.
