SKILLED MAINTENANCE PERSONS and MAINTENANCE HELPER

GetawaysMalta Holiday Accommodation is seeking skilled maintenance persons and maintenance helpers to help in the upkeep of holiday apartments and also Finishing of new developments.

Apartment Blocks are located in Mellieha, Bugibba St Pauls Bay Sliema and St Julian`s.

Vans are provided.

This job vacancy is open for persons seeking full time employment.

Part time maintenance persons are also encouraged to apply provided they can work at least 25 hours a week

Good remuneration is offered to the right candidates.

Qualifications

Applicants for a skilled maintenance position must have a valid driving licence.

Attributes:

Be able to work on own initiative and in a team.
Work in an efficient and effective manner
Good communication skills especially in English
Experience in a similar post of at least 3 years
Punctual and eye for detail
Good maintenance skills in Plumbing, Whitewashing, Carpenterary, Electrical installations, use of power tools, etc.
Able to carry heavy objects and not afraid of heights.


Helper`s Attributes:

Experience in Cleaning, White washing &painting
Able to carry heavy objects and not afraid of heights
Good communication skills especially in English.
