Due to an increase in our business we are currently looking for a Control Room Officer in Birkirkara, Malta.
Although experience in a similar position is preferred full training and assistance will be given to the right person.

Qualifications

Desirable Skills:
To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in written Maltese and English languages. Basic computer skills are also essential.
We expect from all our personnel excellent customer service skills, our team need to be polite and proactive, as we aim to maintain our reputation for excellence and high standards.
The applicant with previous experience in a busy multi-functional role will be ideal.
You will need to be flexible and ready to work as rostered including weekends and Public Holidays.
