Butcher / Meat Shop Operator

K.I.M Ltd is looking for an experienced butcher to operate and manage its new, fully equipped meat shop and sausage kitchen in Marsa.
They will be responsible for all the day-to-day operations of the shop and adjoining cold store, including stocking, sales, cleaning, preparation of orders as well as production of meat and meat products from the shop’s kitchen.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the right candidate, according to their skills, qualifications and experience in the field.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must:
- Have at least three years of experience in a similar position
- Be customer-oriented, organised and motivated.
- Be literate and able to use a computer.
- Have a food handling licence and driving license.
