Maltalingua School of English is looking for you!

The Group Leaders are responsible for making the students’ experience fun and memorable. They will be organizing, attending and supervising Junior programme activities throughout the summer. Bringing their energy, proactiveness and dynamism into what they do.

This role is either full time or part-time and shift-basis so can run parallel with one's studies. The position is ideal for those who are looking for work experience in the education and travel sector.

Group Leaders role includes:

-Care about the wellbeing of our students
-Working with youths (aged 8-17)
-Ensuring student welfare & maintaining discipline
-Being the bridge between the students and the school, addressing their needs and any complaints
-Ensuring customer satisfaction
-Other related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be:

-Fluent in English, with further language skills considered an asset.
-A team player, and able to think on their feet
-Sociable and energetic
-Previous experience with minors is considered an asset
