Primary Purpose: To be responsible for the safe transportation and delivery of various goods to
customer sites on schedule, whilst adhering to company safety regulations as
well as European laws/guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery
duties;
• Able to plan and perform tasks within the warehouse that involves ordering, receiving,
inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and
maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
• Occasionally receive payments from clients once they deliver products;
• Inspect the vehicle prior to operation;
• Drive the vehicles through different routes;
• Manage time to ensure deliveries in a timely manner;
• Frequent contact with service centre personnel in a fast-paced and deadline oriented
environment.
• Build positive relationships with customers, apply excellent customer care at all times and
oversee the preservation of both the clients’ and company’s property and equipment.
• Be aware of any health and safety issues; also understand appropriately ergonomic
techniques.
• Attend any training provided by the Company and sit for the respective assessments
accordingly.
• Maintain customer’s trust relationship by keeping service information confidential.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role within a technical industry preferably in a
customer oriented environment.
• Possess a valid driving license in C1+E.
• Preferably possess also CPC licence and be Computer literate.
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and preferably also Maltese.
