Qualifications
Needs to have Mechanical or Electrical qualifications.
Experienced in building services on small to medium projects.
Hands on experience in both Mechanical and Electrical.
Problem solving at his own initiative.
Flexible hours.
Working under pressure and reaching tight deadlines.
Leadership skills.
Good communication skills with clients and company employees.
Assisting in tendering and quotations.
As fitted drawings .
Working drawings
Measuring bills & claim forms.
Quantity surveying when is needed.
Able to assist in the M&E daily administration.
Be able to assist work on design and built projects.
Training will be given
