If you are available Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 22:00, this will be the ideal chance for you to help out during this pandemic situation and gain experience in the call centre industry.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Care
Knowledge in using Microsoft office tools
Understanding and able to empathize with customers
Flexible to be rostered mornings and evenings Monday to Sunday
Weekends and Public holidays, one has to be fully available
Excellent listening and communication skills
Fluency in both Maltese & English is mandatory
