Colombian Customer Service

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic customer service agent to join our team on a full-time basis and provide support to our Colombian and Latin American markets.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the social and cultural elements of the Latin American markets, with a particular focus on the Colombian market. Native fluency in spoken and written Spanish as well as a working knowledge of the English language are a must. The chosen candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
• Welcoming new Latin American clients
• Responding to questions and enquiries from existing Latin American clients
• Responding to questions and enquiries from Latin American agencies
• Managing complaints from Latin American clients
• Carrying out regular focus groups and obtaining feedback from Latin American clients.
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes to school procedures.
• Assisting with the design of brochures for new Latin American clients & agencies
• Assisting with the design of marketing campaigns targeting Latin American countries.

Qualifications

Native speaker of Spanish
Working Proficiency in English Language
Experience working with Colombian clients
Knowledge of the social and cultural elements of Latin American clients
