Senior Marketing Manager / CRM Specialist

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for making strategic decisions and the successful management of inhouse CRM program. With a strong focus on CRM emails, Social Media and marketing automation, the Senior Marketing Manager will create marketing campaigns for highly targeted audience to drive traffic and increase sales.

The scope of responsibilities will include:

• Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns across all marketing channels
• Make data-driven decisions based on results of marketing campaigns
• Develop communication strategies with clients to foster retention and increase customer satisfaction
• Create and execute CRM email campaigns (segmentation, production, deployment) in multiple languages
• Lead and execute email marketing testing strategies and report on A/B and multivariate tests to drive engagement
• Create relevant, high-quality content for email campaigns, blog, social media and other communication channels (in multiple languages)
• Manage and overlook execution of Social Media campaigns using dynamic content, targeting, data analytics tools, A/B testing.
• Deliver marketing reports and data analysis after each marketing campaign
• Keep track on market trends and industry insights to help drive calculated decisions and introduce advanced strategies and ideas.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Higher level of education
• 5+ years’ experience in Marketing (min 3 years’ experience working with CRM / Marketing Automation)
• In deep knowledge and experience in creating client’s communication strategies and developing marketing campaigns throughout all communication channels
• Working knowledge of how to create automated email marketing campaigns, A/B tests
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
• Excellent oral and written English, plus fluent in Russian or Polish language
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
