RESERVATIONS AGENT

Salini Resort

Candidate will form part of the reservations team and main duties would include:



• Making Reservations for the hotel by helping the customer to plan and book reservations for the hotel.
• Provide customer service
• Upsell and sell any additional services
• Maintain records of customer bookings and payments

Qualifications

Previous experience in such a role would be considered as an asset. Excellent command of English is a must. Knowledge of Room Master is considered as an asset. Ideal candidate must be flexible and highly organised and available to work weekends when required. Candidate will join a fast growing and dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and/or Reservations Manager would maintain the reservations system. Previous experience is considered an asset however on the job training will be provided.
