Night Receptionist

Bella Vista Hotel

The Bella Vista Hotel operating within the tourism sector is currently seeking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join their team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Check in and check out of residents;
Answering the phone and mail;
Manning front office including cashiering, and reservations;
Greeting clients and handling their requests;
Allocating the cleaning of rooms for the housekeeping; and,
Making sure that the premises are safe, and no unauthorized people are in the building for safety of the guests.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English whilst also be IT proficient. S/he must have a customer oriented approach, and excellent organisation skills.

The chosen applicant will be a person who is willing to learn and eager to provide a professional front of house service. Candidates who have previous experience of working as a Receptionist and are confident, enthusiastic and well-presented, are encouraged to apply.

Chosen candidate will be working on a shift basis and should be already based in Malta.
