Garmmo Ltd is looking to recruit Sales Assistants to join schoolgear shop on a full-time and part-time basis. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a drive for sales and want to form part of a great team. Garmmo Schoolgear is based on selling school uniforms to a number of schools in Malta.

Main Role Responsibilities:

Assist clients, providing a highly personalized approach.
Stock and replenish sales areas
Cash handling
Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers needs and requirements
Deal with customer complaints
Monitor and update display areas
Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise
Check inventory periodically
Set up promotional displays, signs and/or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
Train new sales staff in basic operations and procedures.
Ensure the shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive.

Qualifications

Role Requirements:

Retail and/or sales experience in the retail industries will be considered an asset.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Adaptability to changes and works well under pressure.
Strong relationship skills and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and positive approach to work.
Passionate about sales and complete customer satisfaction
Professional and smart
Enthusiastic to be part of a dynamic team who will work in establishing relationships with customers

Have a good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
