The position of Part time Gym receptionist is currently available within our Feelgood Wellness Spa & Gym. The ideal candidate must be smart in appearance, well-organized, and must have excellent communication skills. We are inviting positive, motivated and enthusiastic persons with a professional approach to apply for this position.

Interested candidates must possess:

Previous experience in a similar role;
Fluency in English;
Communication skills;
Administrative skills;

P.S. This position might require the chosen candidate to work early morning shifts starting 5.45 am.

Gym receptionist responsibilities include:

1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the gym facility

2. Promote the use of the other health and leisure facilities

3. Give assistance to the safe and smooth operation of other areas within the center.

4. To ensure a safe, efficient and clean Spa operation

5. To deal with clients efficiently both in person, on the telephone and through the internet.

6. To make and confirm appointments

7.To overcome language and communication differences, take messages correctly and direct them to the proper person

8.To ensure comfort and convenience to customers

9.Keeping the reception presentable

10. To handle float and transactions for services rendered

11. Dealing with a difficult customer
