Job Details


Our client is looking for German Customer Service Agents.


Responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints via email, phone and live chat.

Provide customers with a solution oriented customer service experience which addresses the customer’s issue/request and is clear, honest, positive and constructive.

Work as part of a young dynamic team of professionals.

Liaise with other departments across the business and report market activities.

Assist the fraud department with fraud checks and processes.

Be pro-active in proposing improvements and informing management on recurring customer issues.
 

Qualifications / Experience


Native or fluent in German language.

Proven experience within a multilingual customer service environment.

Customer service focused.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Computing skills, especially in web-based applications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexible and a team player.

Must be able and willing to work shifts, including weekends.

Willingness to relocate to Malta.
