Customer Support Executive - Chinese Speaking

Job Details


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our wonderful Asian Pod in the Admissions Department at EC Central, Head Office. The ideal candidate will speak Chinese and has a background in Customer Service.
-Handling of agent bookings, dealing with agent enquiries and giving advice on EC Centres
-Inputting of bookings into EC’s central booking system and making any subsequent amendments
-Checking availability for courses, accommodation and other special requests for all EC Centres
-Handling visa applications for all EC centre locations and sending out visa documentation to clients
-Following up on students’ arrival details, necessary waiver forms and ensuring that information is available for Centres to provide a welcome service to students on arrival
-Handling customer complaints – acting as a go-between for agents and EC Centres
-Building and maintaining excellent relationships with EC’s Agents and strive to exceed their expectations
 

Qualifications / Experience


Education Required:
-Post-secondary level of education
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Excellent written and spoken Chinese

Education Desired:
-Bachelor's degree
-Fluency in other languages

Experience Required:
-Customer service experience

Experience Desired:
-EFL/ESL Industry experience
-Experience in a similar position
-Well-travelled
