Montebello Group represents locally top tyre and alloy wheel brands, and import second-hand vehicles. Due to current growth plans, we are looking to recruit key personnel on full-time basis to help us develop further the operation.
Front Office Clerks
In this role you will be expected to:
Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate persons;
Handling clients requests and sales;
Issuing of invoices;
File handling;
Data inputting;
Cash handling and cash reconciliation;
Other administrative duties as assigned by superiors


 

Qualifications / Experience


The selected candidate should ideally:
Fluency in verbal and written Maltese and English;
Minimum 'O' Level standard of education;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Be pro-active with initiative and a "can-do" attitude;
Willing to work both independently and in a team
