Customer Care Agents (Maltese Speakers)

We are looking for Customer Care Agents for one of our client in Malta. The role involves to handle customers’ enquiries through different channels such as phone calls, messages etc.

Responsibilities:

- Answer to customers’ queries by phone
- Respond to customers’ messages via Social Media (such as Facebook), Emails or Web
- Deal with complaints
- Any other adhoc duties 

Qualifications / Experience


- Customer Service mindset
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- “Can do” attitude and can work either within a team and own initiative
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Able to work in shifts
- O’level diploma
- ECDL
