Front office Administrator

Job Details


Working for a professional services company for one of our boutique clients, working on the front desk greeting clients and visitors, you would also carry out the following duties:-

- Handling of incoming mail couriers
- Register and organise dispatch of letters and couriers and similiar
- Billing: issuance of fee notes to clients, via accounting package
- Interacting with Registry of Companies, along with other members of staff involved in Customer Relationship Management
- General Office management
 

Qualifications / Experience


Must have excellent computer skills, be friendly, professional and previous administration experience.
