Customer Care Assistant

We’re renowned for our high standards of service and you’ll play a key role in upholding these as one of our Customer Care Assistant.

Duties:

• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• set up new customer accounts
• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• manage customers' accounts
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• record details of actions taken
• maintain customer databases
• communicate and coordinate with other departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
 

Qualifications / Experience


So if you’re a good communicator who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and has a team-oriented approach to working, we’d like to hear from you. Whilst full training will be provided on site experience is considered an asset.
