DESCRIPTION
A modern microprocessor-controlled battery charger is an intelligent device designed for charging and maintaining 12V and 24V batteries.
Thanks to its advanced control system and automatic safety features, it ensures fast, efficient, and safe charging for all types of lead-acid batteries.


The device offers multiple operating modes, automatic temperature adjustment (Winter/Summer), and a battery repair (regeneration) function, which can extend the life of older batteries.
It is an ideal choice for users of passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, agricultural vehicles, and construction machinery.


Operating Modes

Modes are selected manually using the MODE button (except for automatic Winter/Summer modes).
Each mode is optimized for a specific vehicle or battery type.


MOTORCYCLE Mode

Designed for all types of motorcycles and lead-acid batteries.
Range: 12V/24V, 2Ah–15Ah
Provides slow, gentle charging — ideal for small batteries in motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters.


VEHICLE Mode

Suitable for passenger cars, agricultural vehicles, and trucks.
Range: 12V/24V, 15Ah–150Ah
Delivers fast charging with a maximum current of 10A (12V) or 5A (24V), automatically adjusting voltage and current.


AGM/GEL Mode

Intended for modern car batteries with Start-Stop systems, as well as GEL, AGM, and calcium (Ca/Ca) types.
Range: 12V/24V, 2Ah–150Ah
Protects cells from overcharging and overheating while maintaining optimal charging characteristics.


LORRY Mode

Designed for large vehicles — vans, delivery trucks, and heavy trucks.
Range: 12V/24V, 15Ah–150Ah
Provides high charging efficiency while ensuring full battery safety.


REPAIR (REGENERATION) Mode

Pulse Repair Mode is intended for regenerating and desulfating batteries that:

have been unused for a long time,

are weakly charged or deeply discharged, or

show signs of sulfation.


This process uses pulsed charging to break down lead sulfate crystals, helping restore part of the lost capacity and starting power.
Note: The repair function may not fully restore heavily damaged or very old batteries.


Winter / Summer Mode (Automatic)

The charger automatically detects ambient temperature and selects the appropriate charging mode:

Winter Mode activates below –10°C, increasing charging voltage for more effective operation in cold conditions.

Summer Mode activates above +28°C, reducing voltage to prevent battery overcharging in high temperatures.


BATTERY REPAIR (REGENERATION) FUNCTION

The pulse desulfation function helps regenerate older and long-unused lead-acid batteries (wet, GEL, AGM).
Through variable-voltage pulses, the charger can:

extend battery lifespan,

increase capacity,

and improve starting performance.


This feature is especially useful for users who want to refresh an older battery without replacing it immediately.
