Do you feel constantly “on edge”, overwhelmed, or unable to fully relax?
You might be doing all the right things, but still feel wired, tired, or stuck in stress mode.
This session is designed to gently support your nervous system in coming out of survival mode and back into a state of calm, safety, and balance.
This may support you with:
• Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or easily triggered
• Chronic stress or burnout
• Difficulty relaxing or switching off
• Poor sleep or constant overthinking
• Feeling “wired but tired”
• Emotional ups and downs or sensitivity
What to expect:
This is a calm, structured session tailored to you.
We may use a combination of:
• Gentle nervous system regulation techniques
• Guided relaxation / deep rest (similar to yoga nidra)
• Subconscious calming work
• Simple tools you can use in daily life
You don’t need to talk through everything unless you want to, this is a restorative experience as much as a reflective one.
You remain aware and in control at all times.

• Deeply relaxed and lighter
• More grounded and present
• Clearer in their thinking
• Able to cope with stress more easily
