Vintage Black Croc Embossed Leather or Faux leather Cigarette Case Gold Tone Monogram YH.
I am not sure if its real leather or Faux leather, but when i purchased it from an antique shop in Belgium he said it was real crocodile leather.
Case in excellent condition, seemed like it was never used much.
