The Slovenia Euro Set 2009 is the official coin set issued by the Bank of Slovenia on July 1, 2009. It is a highly sought-after collection among euro coin collectors due to its unique collector's item.

The complete set consists of 9 coins packaged in an official blister/folder.

This BU Set contains 8 Euro coins (All legal tender coins from 1 cent to 2 euros with the characteristic Slovenian national sides) and 1 commemorative 3 Euro coin (whcih is a collector's bimetallic coin included in the set, dedicated to the centenary of the first powered flight performed by a manned aircraft in Slovenia (designed by pioneer Edvard Rusjan).

The official folder of the 2009 BU version is traditionally dedicated to Mount Triglav, the highest peak in Slovenia (2864 metres), a highly symbolic element for the country.
