PIECE OF ARCHITECTURE – ST PAUL’S BAY

I have this beautiful old corner house in St Paul’s Bay, which I have always referred to as my “Piece of Architecture.”

It is a small corner house, where the proportions of the façade are reflected in the interior, and the property has been very well maintained.

The ground floor was once a small and beautiful wine bar called “The 1930’s Carpentry Wine-Bar,” while the first floor is a residential home with its own roof.

I never had any plans to sell this house. However, while I had experienced a serious accident, I am now considering a PART EXCHANGE ONLY with a recreational property — such as a garden, field with a room, farmhouse.

I am open to considering properties in different areas, and I am prepared to pay the difference if necessary, but my main interest is in the North of Malta.
