I am looking for a comfortable room with a private bathroom or en suite, preferably in the south of Malta, but I am open to any location for the right place.

I am a single finance professional and regularly work from home, so a calm and quiet household where I can live and work comfortably is essential.

I am looking for a long-term rental, ideally for 3–5 years, with a budget of up to €400 per month.

I am a responsible, tidy and reliable tenant and can provide references from both my current and previous landlords if required.

If you have a suitable room, please contact me via WhatsApp message on 99728601.

Many thanks!
