Tobacco products, herbal products for smoking and electronic cigarettes and refill containers must comply with all provisions of SL 315.10 “The Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products Regulations, 2016”, Tobacco (Smoking Control) Act, Chapter 315 of the Laws of Malta and the subsidiary legislation made under the authority of the said Act. Said products shall only be placed on the market if they comply with these regulations and notified with the Superintendent for Public Health.
