We are Antonio and Giorgia, italian couple looking for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment (preferably penthouse, with terrace/garden or relatively big balcony as my girlfriend has a passion for gardening and painting) in central areas such as San Gwann, Naxxar, Iklin, birkirkara, pieta, msida, gwardamangia, floriana, valletta, attard, gzira, ta giorni, ta paris or Kappara as soon as they are well connected to sliema for working reasons.

The area needs to be quiet, preferably nearby amenties and NOT close to any building constructions or busy roads as we are very sensitive to noise pollution (yes, it exists and it is a very big problem in Malta)

We have lived on the island for more than 7 years, we are respectful, in time for monthly payments and have always kept in touch with previous owners as we are sicilian people and we do genuinely care about others.

We are looking for an HONEST OWNER who's seeking to rent his/her apartment to trusted people on a long term basis.

Our offer is Max 900eur including bills.

Anything else proposed which does not have the above requirements will be ignored and not replied. Our time is precious and yours too.

We are ready to move immediately with 1 month notice and are in possession of car and motorbike.
