The Kitchen will have everything you need to feel at home whether you want to have a quiet breakfast or prepare small feast. Feel free to use the built in fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction stove, and washer and dryer (combined). You should also find useful the kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee mocha maker, dinning wear, cutlery, cooking utensils.

The Bathroom consists of a walk in shower with rainfall and handheld showerhead, toilet, shelving, cupboard space and sink with an outlet for use of an electrical shaver.

The Outdoor space is located in the centre of the building, originally a simple ventilation area has now been converted into a cosy outdoor space worthy of relaxing with a coffee on the outdoor furniture or to clean off surf and scuba equipment from the outdoor tap.

To Access is via a self check-in key box. It must be noted that although this is a newly renovated space, the building in which it is located is older and does not have an elevator and you will need to be able to use one flight of stairs as it is located on basement level one. From the street you will find your own private stairs which will take you down to your own private front terrace and front door. Although Malta is very safe, for added peace of mind there is a security camera located only on the outside at the front of the maisonette.
