I have an Honda Accord from 1990, with A/C, with many new and revisioned parts (water pump, fuel pump, wheel arms, etc.).
It has got the black plate so it just pays 8€ a year of license and 120€ of insurance.
At the moment has a couple of issues which are easily fixable. I am not doing it as I am about to buy a new electric car. Estimated expenses 2-300€.
It is in really good shape as for the body and the internals is concerned.
