The area must be a minimum of around 8,000m2 with ideally Rectangular in shape.
Terms can be discussed including outright rights purchase or very long term rental.
Naxxar, St.Paul's Bay, Mosta, gharghur, San Gwann, Tal-Balal areas preferred.
Proximity to existing developments would be preferred.
Part or most of the land not being agricultural would be preferred.
