a) Maintain the training area and reception area clean; 
b) Conduct attentive supervision of patrons who are training 
c) Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations; 
d) Clearly articulate, enforce and educate patrons on all rules, policies and procedures 
e) Provide customer service and respectfully manage disagreements 
f) Actively participate in collaborative work and development 
g) Maintain cleanliness of all gym equipment. 
h) Ensure that front desk is well attended at all times 
i) Assist in front desk duties as required from time to time 
j) Perform other duties as assigned
