The company is looking to recruit a Quotation Analyst and Quantity Surveyor to perform quotation analysis, checks, quantity assessments, and surveying for projects, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of intermediate and final bills for invoicing purposes. Collaborating with various departments within the project teams, the selected candidate must ensure that checks are completed promptly to guarantee the accuracy of the assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse requests for quotations and provide guidance on a one-to-one basis.
2. Evaluate projects and review the bill of quantities during the project's awarding stage.
3. Conduct site surveying before project initiation when necessary.
4. Familiarise yourself with the project's documentation, including drawings and updates.
5. Visit project sites to assess progress and document any deviations from the intended works.
6. Conduct visits with project clients and/or their representatives for certification purposes.
7. Assess quality and certify quantities of work for subcontractors when applicable.
8. Create a detailed snagging document for projects nearing completion.
9. Issue the final bill document with supporting evidence.
10. Communicate with specific suppliers to obtain the necessary information for project implementation.

Essential Skills and Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
2. A good command of Maltese and English.
3. Experience in using computer software such as CAD software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
4. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
