2011 E90 BMW 320d LCI ed

I am looking for a Left Hand Drive Italian car (preferably located in Sicily) to do part exchange with my beautiful BMW 320d Sedan 2011 withe with full black leather interior (Unmarked) for which you will pay the cheapest license in the Maltese license scheme.

Excellent condition, very clean UK imported car with 180k km and the following extras:
Alarm System, Light Package, Cruise control, Automatic Air Conditioning, rear Park Distance Control (PDC), Fog Lights, Additional 12V Sockets, Multifunctioning leather Steering Wheel, Exterior parts in Vehicle color, Automatic Locking During Starting, CO2 Equipment, Auto start/Stop Function, Brake Energy Regeneration and BMW Battery Charger.

Recently fully serviced in and replaced the following BMW original parts: engine mounts, complete set of rear shock absorbers, rear suspension lift kit, rear/front discs, hand brake and rear/front brake shoes, transmission bearings, gas pressurized springs in trunk lid, trunk release switch, set of wiper blades, licence plate holder.
