Pet-friendly (we have well-behaved pets).
Good public transport or car access (preferably with parking).
Flexible move-in date.
Minimum 1-year lease.
Budget: ideally up to €800/month, depending on the place and what's included.

We are responsible tenants (one of us is Maltese) and take good care of the property.
Open to various locations.
