The scooter has age related wear and tear (almost 30 years old used for daily commuting). Multiple parts of the scooter have been taken care of, but the starter and rear shock absorber needs to be replaced and the scooter is either not starting or else it's taking long to kickstart. Some other bits and pieces might also need sorting out.
