CAS is a leading firm in the H.V.A.C. (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) industry in Malta. The Company has been founded in 1996 as one of the leading local firms, offering value and quality to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.

Due to ongoing growth in our company, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidates will,
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meet planned sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Track sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Train salespeople when necessary.
• Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Guide the customer in the ultimate experience from a product point of view to an impeccable service with a smile.
• Allocate installation appointments.
• Assist the Quotes & Tenders Officer when and if necessary.
• Submit quotes and tenders.
• Assist in sales enquiries by handling a combination of networking channels such as phone calls and emails.
• Maintain a good relationship with existing customers whilst also creating new relationships in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors.
• He /she will work closely with new prospects and existing clients to provide responsive and professional service.
• Be resourceful and maintain a strong ambition to succeed.
• Be able to work on his /her own initiative in a fast-paced work environment.


• Able to work on a full-time basis: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00;
• Able to work overtime if and when necessary.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
• A very good standard of education and be computer literate.
• Be smart, mature, self-motivated, and dedicated.
• Although training will be given to the chosen candidate, fluency in SAGE will be considered an asset.
