Dimech Enterprises Ltd sells and installs a vast range of custom-made products including glass
railing, internal laminated doors, pergolas and awnings.
Job description:
- Greeting customers and issuing of quotations.
- Placing and tracking orders from foreign suppliers.
- Organise installations.
- Follow-up ongoing orders including chasing for payments.
- Tackle customer complaints and take necessary actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge on products being sold.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policies.
- Contribute to team effort.
Required skills:
- Experience in a showroom sales setting is a must
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Proactive and outgoing personality
- Good presentation and organisational skills
- Be already residing in Malta and in possession of residence permit
- Be able to communicate properly in English.
Type: Full-time
Working hours: 40hrs/week (4 weekdays x 9hrs, 1 weekday off, 4hrs on Saturdays)
Starting salary: Up to €25,000 gross p.a. in addition to commission on own sales
