Hotel Kennedy Nova is seeking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to assume responsibility for its kitchen. The Ideal candidate is required to have previous experience in running a Hotel Kitchen, including buffet and a la carte service.

The person will be responsible for the preparation of menus, requisitions, maintaining necessary hygiene levels, staff training, food cost control and other general duties.

Only individuals already in Malta will be considered for this position.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the same role is essential.

Individuals require to speak fluently the English language.
