Shop Assistant

Job responsibilities include:
1) Invite Clients to the shop, identify their needs and show them products in relation to their needs
2) Greet clients, offering assistance and serving them in order to ensure their needs are answering in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
3) Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach daily sales targets
4) Help the team achieve collective sales targets
5) Collect Client Information, create a Client database and follow up on Clients
6) Receive, unpack, scan and store stock
7) Report to the Manager / Owner
Candidate must be ready to work flexible hour including weekends and public holidays
