Ice Cream Shop Attendant role is to ensure that each and every customer is served in a friendly, professional and timely manner. This includes greeting customers as they enter the outlet to immediately start processing customer orders through the POS system and fulfilling customer order, which including making ice cream rolls, preparing bubble waffles, milkshakes, smoothies, coffees and any other items from the menu.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicates with guests to accept the orders
- Prepares customer food and beverage order
- Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling
- Maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns and/or calls for repairs
- Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers and daily reporting
- Ensures outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Ensures the daily operations adheres to operating procedure guidelines
- Assists in other outlets

Qualifications

- Experience demonstrating strong customer service
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of task with minimal direction
- Previous experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale
- Proven teamwork skills
- Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands
- Proven customer service skills and communication skills
- Essential math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
