The duties will include:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and staff members.
Record Keeping: Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the office and external parties.
Office Supplies: Manage office supplies and equipment, order new supplies when necessary, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Meetings and Events: Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
Facilities Management: Ensure the office space is well-maintained and organized.
Data Entry and Analysis: Input and manage data in spreadsheets and databases.
Project Support: Assist in various projects by performing tasks such as research, documentation, and coordination.
Time Management: Effectively prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
